Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Agency Dispatch platform, operated by Faithful Path Ventures, LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account Access

Agency Dispatch is a private, invitation-only platform. Account access is granted solely through an authorized invitation from an agency administrator or the platform operator. You may not share credentials, transfer your account, or attempt to access areas of the platform beyond your assigned permissions.

2. Authorized Use

You agree to use Agency Dispatch only for lawful purposes related to process serving, legal document management, and private investigation case management. Prohibited uses include:

Accessing, storing, or transmitting data without proper legal authorization
Using the platform to compile consumer reports in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
Unauthorized access to another user's data or another agency's records
Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
Uploading malware, illegal content, or content that violates third-party rights

3. Data Ownership

All case data, documents, and client records you enter into Agency Dispatch remain your property. We act solely as a data processor on your behalf. We do not claim ownership of your data and do not use it for any purpose other than operating the platform for you.

4. Sensitive Data Responsibilities

If you store sensitive personal information including Social Security numbers, financial account data, driver's license numbers, or health information, you are responsible for ensuring you have legal authorization to collect and store that information. You agree to comply with all applicable federal and state laws including the FCRA, DPPA (Driver's Privacy Protection Act), and applicable state privacy laws.

5. Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at security@agencydispatch.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend access for security reasons without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Faithful Path Ventures, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by your agency in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Faithful Path Ventures, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in illegal activity, or poses a security risk, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases immediately. Your data will be retained for 30 days following termination and then deleted, unless required to be retained by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Missouri.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to registered agency administrators via email.
